Refund & Return Policy

Since HexHover provides digital services (websites, apps, SEO, branding, marketing), we do not offer traditional “returns” as there is no physical product involved.

Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on project stage.

• Before work begins: full refund minus any payment processing fees.
• After work has started: refunds are prorated based on hours/milestones already completed.
• Once a project is delivered and approved, no refund is issued.

Non-refundable items: Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (domain names, hosting, licenses, plugins, ad spend) are non-refundable.

How to request: Email info@hexhover.com with your order/project details within 14 days of payment. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
