Services: HexHover provides website design/development, SEO, branding, and app development services as described on this site. Scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment: Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or full payment) are agreed upon per project. Late payments may pause project work.

Client responsibilities: Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete the project. Delays on the client’s end may extend timelines.

Intellectual property: Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. HexHover retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of liability: HexHover is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party service outages (hosting providers, plugins, payment gateways, etc.).

Termination: Either party may terminate a project with written notice; work completed to date is billable.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
